You can create an account by registering. Once you have entered this, we will check your details to see if you are eligible for a business account. If you are eligible, we will create a business account for you so that you can use the B2B webshop.

We have a physical store where you can view our products. If you come for a specific product, always contact us to be sure.

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. For products that are produced / ordered to order, a delivery time of 1-10 working days applies. A maximum delivery time of 6 weeks applies to custom products.

Yes you can, if you indicate when placing the order that you want to pick up the products, they will be ready for you at our warehouse in Erp. As soon as the order is ready, we will contact you.

All our shipments are handled by DPD, you will receive a track & amp; trace code when your order is on its way. We are also a DPD Pick-up Parcel Shop where you can have your parcels delivered and shipped. When the products are shipped per pallet, we use a local transporter, it is also possible to have the pallets collected by your own transporter.

After we have checked your order, you will receive an invoice stating our account number. Check the invoice carefully whether your details and the ordered products are correct. You can then pay the amount by bank transfer.

You can return a package at your own expense at your nearest pick-up parcel shop.

The products you have ordered are shipped via our partner DPD, when we ship your products you will receive an email from us with your track & amp; trace code. This way you always know where your package is and when it will be delivered. With a pallet shipment it is unfortunately not possible to track & amp; trace code. We can only give an indication of the delivery day.
